A smaller cache comemorating Goyer School No. 3276.
In the early part of 1914, a petition was filed to build a school to fulfill the needs of the area's growing families. The Goyer name was to honor and respect the area's Goyer families. The school was built at minimum cost as the lumber was supplied by the rate-payers and trustees, a wood fired Hester was included and drinking water came from nearby sloughs. Adrian Carriere was the hired to teach 20-23 students. After the construction of the Zenon Park School in 1928, the school was moved 2 miles west on NW 10-47-13 using the power of 8 horses under the supervision of Nicholas Poulin. At its new location, a teacher age was built as well as a barn.During Conrad Soucy's employment as a teacher, he, along with his pupils, cleared away the thick brush in the school yard and erected cedar posts with 5' page wire fencing. Trees were also planted around the 4acre heard making it an attractive playground. All of this work was done during noon hour and during recesses. The school closed in 1959 and the students were bussed to Zenon Park.
