Do you remember when: This was Fisher's Big Wheel? If you are local to the area, you will remember this discount department store for years at this location. I loved coming here as a kid. Similar to Hill's and later Ames, had quite a variety. Later, A Shop n Save stood here, and soon a new store will be opening its doors. Have a look back, as you get the smiley.
