There are so many skyscrapers located in Central, therefore you cannot see the harbour at the listed coordinate. This cache will lead you to find the harbour. Please follow the stages below.
Stage1: Go to listed coordinate
You will see a plaque here(Landmark side). Read it carefully.
There is a year no. [A1][B1][C1][D1].
Stage2: Go to N 22° 16.(A1+B1)(A1+D1)(B1+D1) E 114° 09.(C1)(B1)(D1-A1)
You will see a plaque here again. Read it carefully.
The second year no. is [A2][B2][C2][D2].
Stage3: Go to N 22° 16.(A2+B2)(D2-A2)(B2) E 114° 09.(C2-A2)(C2-A2-D2)(A2+B2-D2)
You will see a plaque here again. (Not on the ground floor) Read it carefully.
The second year no. is [A3][B3][C3][D3].
Stage4: Go to N 22° 16.(B3+C3)(B3-A3)(D3-A3) E 114° 09.(A3+B3-D3)(D3-A3)(B3-A3-A3)
Can you see the harbour now?
