This cache was placed after class very close to the parking garage at the University of Nevada, Reno. This should be quick if you park near the coordinate but be faster than the parking police!
If you park on the bottom floor looking at a rock wall away from campus you can climb to the cache. Yes there is climbing up two rock walls but I did it and was in a skirt and flip-flops and managed it without too much difficultly. The cache is actually 3 feet to the right of the coordinates provided. It is under a bridge nestled in some rocks.
