You can see the history of Nuckolls County in over 10 buildings at the Nuckolls County Museum. From antique farm equipment, to a caboose and items of Superior's most famous resident, Lady Vestey. See the first post office to serve Superior (a log cabin), the oldest church building in Nuckolls County and Marquardt Hall, which is filled with a large and unique collection of 3000 hand carved model airplanes.
Agricultural Hall houses farm related things of the past including a large barbed wire collection and blacksmith shop. Dahlgren hall houses horse drawn machinery and a hearse that is still used occasionally today. The Main Hall includes Indian artifacts including some belonging to Chief Red Cloud, and a county jail which also is the entrance to Aurand Hall.
