snarl123: This cache was a fake sprinkler head that was very cool. it was being maintained by the local MLA office, who would keep it full of goodies. I have moved across the country and the container has been muggled. Alas I am not there to build and install a new one and I must archive. If you wish to pick up ownership of the cache, the locals will again help keep it full.
