Yodobashi was the name of a place around GZ. It came from the name of this bridge.
The cache is hidden under the object on Ome-kaido road.

東京都庁の建っている場所がもともと淀橋浄水場であったことは、よく知られていることだと思います。
またこの界隈、かつては淀橋区でした。
「淀橋」という地名、それは神田川に架かるこの「淀橋」という橋に由来しています。
現在「淀橋」は地名としては残っていませんが、学校名やこの地で創業した有名家電量販店にその名を残しています。
キャッシュは淀橋が眺められる位置、青梅街道の真上に置かれています。
