You are looking for a Silver Waterproof Bison tube.Please unscrew and don't crossthread or lose the rubber ring as these cost money to buy. It's hidden low down,. Log book inside but no pen. Please put back in the same position as found and keep covered otherwise it will easily be seen.
This is in a no through road with bungalows opposite so keep an eye out.It's not on the pavement but it's against something hard very hard.
