Here you will find a large historical sign which gives a brief history of Rockland County. I'm not going to highlight it here; you can read it yourself in person. I'm not sure why it is placed where it is and I'd hazard a guess that not a lot of people have seen it or stopped to read it. Other than the sign, neither the location or cache placement is anything to write home about, so make it a park and grab and learn some history while you're at it.
