Yabbie Creek Traditional Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
As a scout troop we placed three caches on the Katarapko Creek. We all were in groups of 4 to 6 people from age 11 to 15. we all were set the task to set a geocache to get our geocaching badge.
Yabbie Creek was one of our lovel calm spots that we stoped at for a break from our 6 hour hike. We were doing a hike called JOTT (Jamborree on the trail). As we walked though this wonder senic island we came across many new thing that we had no clue about. Including the old pump station, a wall to stop the salt water going into the river, and many more locations.
The main reason want this cache here is because it a lovely place no muggles, no noise (beside a few animals) and to see all the wildlife.
If you could take a photo of this caches veiw over the creek.
Have Fun!
