Carnawaddy Traditional Cache

A nice walk in the hills and for very little effort you get to enjoy some of the best views County Louth has to offer.
The cache is on the southern side of Carnawaddy (Cooley Cairn) There is another hidden to the north of this hill. You can do both in conjunction with the older cache on the summit (GC1B8VB) if you're feeling energetic.
If you are parking near the mast on Clermont Cairn please note that no mechanically propelled vehicles are allowed past the parking area near the gate. Also please note that no dogs are allowed anywhere on the Cooley Mountains (even on a lead)
As with all caches placed in mountainous areas it is important you come properly prepared (proper clothing, boots, food, etc)
In order to protect the cache from the elements can all finders please adhere to the following;
replace the log in the freezer bag and seal completely
tightly replace the lid on the cache container
replace the cache exactly as found in order to protect it from muggles
