Welcome to the Box Canyon Hydroelectric Project. Discover the beauty of the Pend Oreille River.
Turn in from Highway 31. It is not necessary to go past the guardhouse, but you will be allowed to drive to the Visitor Center if you wish.
The Campbell Park area may have lots of picnickers on nice summer days. Camping and swimming are available.
The dam is not visible from the cache location, but don’t miss a view of the first dam project by a Public Utility District in Washington State.
