A tennis court and little grassy area tucked away on a back road.
The actual container shouldn't be a difficult find in itself.
However, the cache is hidden in a way that it should not be openly visible.
There are muggles playing tennis nearby quite often.
I believe that this will pose your biggest challenge.
(Access is from parking lot, not from the nearby creek bed.)
