Watch out for trespassing on a private lot - the cache is close to the property line. You may also end up on this private lot if you follow your GPSr's direct path.
Park at the Parking Waypoint, cross the street and go around the shed (the area map shows that this is a future trail) and follow the cleared trail towards the ribbon-marked tree house. The cache is 30m past and above the tree house.
