This is our first cache to hide and we have placed in at Van Pelt Cemetery located in southeastern Shelby county.It is close to home and many of our family members have been laid to rest here.We are placing this cache in memory of our daughter Rachel who died in a car accident on 4/30/10.She loved to geocache ! The cemetery is a very peaceful place espescially in the early morning or early evening when you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
The cache is located on Rachel's headstone so use care when looking.The flowers do not need to be disturbed.There are lanyards and bracelets free to take and a notebook to leave messages and this is not the log.after finding geocache sign log and replace as found.We have left a travel bug for FTF.
