This cache is located on the island of Out Skerries. To reach Skerries it is necessary to travel from Mainland Shetland either by ferry or air. The ferry journey from Vidlin takes 90 minutes or from Lerwick 135 minutes. Air travel, which is more expensive, involves a flight from Tingwall airport and takes approx 15 minutes in a small aircraft.
The cache is a small brightly coloured screw top container containing a log book, please bring your own pencil.
The cache is on the west side of the cairn but NOT in the cairn
