This cache is located on the walking parth around CEI. Should be easy to locate, we just ask that it be replaced as found. Let's not make it too easy.
this is a boating key float container which should be waterproof, but in it's location should not have a water problem anyway. We attribute the fact Taz has such good vision today is because of the Grace of GOD and the knowledge of the doctors here at CEI, and the friend who steered us here. should be a short walk or even park in a close lightly used parking area.
