Mazoe Dam Wall built in concrete in 1920 to supply water to the citrus farms in the valley below. The infamous Mazoe Orange Crush comes from this region, and is exported to many countries both in Africa and Europe. Mazoe Dam is approximately 40 kilometres from Harare. The Mazoe Dam supports recreational fishing and Hunyani Rowing Club has a club house and Boat sheds on the shores of the lake. The Mazoe River meanders through the Eastern Regions of Zimbabwe and eventually flows into the Zambeze River.
