Steps of the Slopes Traditional Cache
Rooster 6: Well with the help of The E Team noting that the cache may have gone missing. I am no longer living in PA. to maintain it. So I'm gonna have to "step up" and take it out of the game. Thanks for all of those who have found it.

Welcome to the Slopes of South Side. This is your ticket to get you there. This may or may not be for the faint of heart because of how you will retrieve the smilie. This area is busy throughout the day - please use stealth.
I would not recommend this cache for kids.
If you are afraid of heights, this may or may not be the cache for you. Please use your best judgement.
If you bring your pets, they must be on the leash at all times.
The cache is not tied to anything. It is snuggly put in it's spot so please be sure to replace it as found. Don't be afraid to take pictures of the view or the cache but please do not show the cache's location in the picture. If you happen to try to retrieve this cache at night, you will get a special treat. The workers put lights under the steps and it looks pretty in the evening or at night.
I'm not providing at hint at this time but if I see that it is needed, I will provide one. Congrats to Doctor VoiceOver for the FTF!!
