Cache is in a popular area for mountain bikes in the White Ranch Park Near Golden.
After my odometer reached 85, I thought I was overdue to place my first cache. White Ranch is home to deer, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, elk and wild turkey. The cache is near well traveled areas but use care with small children. Good mountain bike trail most of the way but the last 300 ft or so must be accessed by following deer trails, i.e., bushwacking. The cache is a one gallon plastic container with a white top. Initial contents include a log book, pen & pencil, two travel bugs, Parlor Game CD, thermometer, bike patch kit, two packs of Topps 2002 Opening Day baseball cards, Iowa playing cards, toy car, stickers and such.
