River View Traditional Cache

This location is in the new "Feather River Parkway" A new park in the Feather river bottoms in Yuba City.
This cache site was specificly constructed for handicap access. A paved level pathway conects handicap parking to the river vista location. Benches and Table are at the location. The cache is hidden about six level feet from the edge of the pavement hung at waist level.
