Geocache Description:

This is an easy one.  There are several puns involved in this cache, since I am a writer.  For grins and giggles mention the ones you catch when you log it.

There's An Eye Watching You is almost visible from the road, but not quite.  Don't believe everything you might see there, and you will find this easily.

It is a small cache, but not tiny.  You don't need any tools, but BYOP and tweezers might be helpful in retrieving the log. 
It is not hard to get to if you are a reasonably healthy person, and it is in a low muggle area.
