This is part of a series of paddle caches on the Main Branch of the Brandywine Creek. Please visit GC4D5G0 for additional information and waypoints for access to the creek! There is one puzzle cache so make sure you figure that one out before taking off. All of these caches can be found by canoeing/kayaking the creek. Please DO NOT try and get them from land because you will have to cross private property or dangerous roads to do so.
This was designed as a paddle series with the caches easily accessible from the creek. They are all within 5 ft of (or in/on) the creek unless otherwise specified so do not go wondering off into the woods! If you would like a PAF then please email us before venturing out and we will give you a cell#.
If you can please take along extra logs just in case they are wet. This area does flood often and you can check the river height Here. We hope you have as much fun finding them as EPAC had placing them, but above all - BE CAREFUL!
Although a PA Launch Permit is not required to paddle the Brandywine, a PFD for each occupant of the vessel is.
