Hanging bison along the fence outside of the cemetery. The cacher needs to observe the surroundings rather fast as any strange activity and vehicles will probably be observed. This is a beautiful area, well kept.
Escobosa derived its name from the Spanish word escobas meaning broom. A small lake nearby was known for its growth of reeds once used for the making of escobas. The Escabosa post office operated shortly from 1900 to 1904, now the mail is out of Chilili.
This "Spirit" cache is dedicated to the inhabitants and pioneers who lived in this area and are buried here.
We solicit volunteers of cachers like yourselves in placing a "Spirit" cache at or near a cemetery of your choosing.
