Every once in a while we meet someone who truly makes a difference in our lives. Geocaching seems to offer up even more of these opportunities than normal life. This is a tribute/thank you cache from one cacher, me, humboldt flier , to another cacher, Jasper. It is a thank you for many hours on the caching trails in all kinds of weather in "The State Of Jefferson". Those hours saw the development of a subsequent caching friendship. In that process I have found an great friend and mentor. This cache replaces "J" JASPER NEEDS REFUGE which got displaced during recent work at the entrance to the wildlife refuge Parking is sparse unless you opt to park at the Cal-Trans turnout in the middle of the loop. NEITHER parking location favors a high speed transition. Ohhhhhhhh, the cache. Waterproof match container. Please cover well when done.
