The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You must first solve this simple puzzle to obtain them.. Nurse's Day is always in May, so why not honor a nurse!! This cache will take you through the 4 stages of the NursingProcess:
ASSESSMENT: Examine your patient and their surroundings. (Survey the area and terrain)
PLAN: Triage their needs and gather the necessary items. (Decide which angle will best get you to the cache location and if you will need to climb, crawl, or just walk around.)
INTERVENTION: Approach the patient, explain what you will be doing, and implement your plan (Locate the small cache which should remind you of a nurse's cap.)
EVALUATION: Document your findings in the chart. (Sign the log and replace as found) To find this cache you will need to find the answer to these Questions: In the State of Delaware, how often (in years) does every RN have to renew their license.? Multiply this by 2 to get your answer to A. Then, in the state of Delaware, how many continuing education credits are required for each license renewal? Answer = BC The final coordinates are:
