This is a small clipbox type cache. When placed it contained a log book, some small swaps and some biscuits for geohounds.
This cache is located on the Woodpecker Trail and just off the Jubilee Walk from Rockcliffe to Kippford. It is closer to the Kippford end of the walk.
There is free parking in either village.
The walk is gentle and overlooks stunning views of the estuary.
The path can be busy at peak holiday season so watch out for muggles; especially overlooking the cache site from very high up!
Thank you to the National Trust for Scotland for giving permission for the cache to be placed.
