KR#1 Asfaltverket Lusten
I kvarteret Lusten har det funnits ett asfaltverk sedan 1929. På 30-talet tillverkades här 200 ton asfalt om dagen. Verket revs 2008 för att göra plats för det 24 våningshus som står där idag. Huset är Sveriges 11:e högsta skyskrapa (2013).

In the block called “Lusten”, there has been an asphalt plant since 1929. In the 30's it produced 200 tons of asphalt a day. The plant was demolished in 2008 to make room for the 24 floor building that stands there today. The house is Sweden's 11th highest skyscraper (2013).
