Globberdyke is an affectionate name for the area in and around Gomersal and Cleckheaton. Where the name came from, nobody actually knows... in fact, we only really know one person who refers to the area in such a way. Some of the 13 caches in this 3 mile series will give the values for the co-ordinates for a bonus cache (GC4D84T), which is a nice size for swaps and travel bugs etc. Some of the footpaths may be muddy after wet weather, but should be suitable for a pushchair.
On the way to number 12, you will have passed the childhood home of Flash! To get to this cache, from number 11 continue along Fusden Lane, then turn left onto Cliffe Lane. Bring your own pencil.
