Cache is located near an area frequented by many people, but mostly kids. This is definitely a high muggle area, so stealth is a must as you are pretty much in plain view from all around!
Cache is a small nano container containing only a log sheet, so you will need your own pen/pencil. Tweezers may also come in handy to remove the log..
Cache difficulty is set at 2.5... not for the difficulty in finding it, but the difficulty you may encounter trying to sign it without getting spotted
