Park Oruński, okolony malowniczymi wzgórzami, położony jest nad kanałem Raduni. Już czterysta lat temu posiadłość tę zdobił dworek myśliwski. Gospodarzami byli tu gdańscy rajcy, burmistrzowie, kupcy i znani uczeni. W XVII wieku ozdobą parku były stawy, strumienie i wodospady. Pełno było tu rzadkich okazów flory i fauny ogrodowej. Szczególną atrakcję stanowiły punkty widokowe i miejsca przeznaczone do kontemplacji. Pod koniec tego stulecia w ogrodowej rezydencji zatrzymał się król August II Sas przed uroczystym wjazdem do Gdańska. Dziś to ulubione miejsce mieszkańców pobliskich osiedli Lipce, Oruni Górnej, Oruni. Jest tu wiele kolorowych kwietników, iglaków sadzonych wzdłuż alejek spacerowych, dwa duże stawy i park zabaw dla najmłodszych. Pomiędzy stawami biegnie wązka strużka. Zwłaszcza, położony w głębi ogrodu, staw urzeka widokiem stojących wzdłuż linii brzegowej wierzb płaczących, których gałęzie sięgają wody. Dzięki położeniu na uboczu i mniejszemu zgiełkowi panuje tu dużo spokojniejszy klimat niż w parku oliwskim.

Orunia Park, surrounded by a picturesque hills, situated on a canal Radunia. Even four hundred years ago, this property was decorated with hunting lodge. The hosts were here Danzig councilors, mayors, merchants and famous scholars. In the seventeenth century were the pride of the park ponds, streams and waterfalls. There were plenty of rare species of flora and fauna garden. A special attraction were lookouts and places for contemplation. At the end of the century mansion in the garden stopped King August II of Saxony before the ceremonial entrance to Gdansk.
Today is a favorite with residents of nearby settlements Lipka, Orunia Upper, Orunia. There are many colorful flower beds, conifers planted along the alleys, two large ponds and playground for children. Between runs dragonfly ponds trickle. Especially, located in the bottom of the garden, overlooking the pond attracts standing along the shoreline of weeping willows whose branches reach the water. Due to its location on the sidelines, and smaller Tumult there is here a lot calmer atmosphere than in the park Oliva.
