This cache serves to immortalise Hello Mrs (June Harre) as part of the Wandering Heroes series.
June is a New Zealand based geocacher, who I've had the pleasure of knowing for many years.
The name "Hello Mrs" comes from June's role wth the Uniter Nations in East Timor, where the local children would come up to her and say "Hello Mrs"
Junes contributions to geocaching include her Apple Tree series in north Canterbury (New Zealand) where each roadside apple tree has a cache and each cache is named after an apple recepe. And also the Thompson's track power trail, placed by her and her husband (Old Boots).
June and I have cached together on many occasions and it has always been great fun.
She's not as nible as us younger folk, but she's always up for a challenge and is always keen to try something new.
The cache s a 200ml systema.
I've chosen this style of hide for June as it matches the style of many of her apple tree caches.
