There may be multiple access points to this cache, but none of them
involve more than a game trail, and you will have to gain quite a
bit of elevation. I come in from the gravel pit to the northeast of
the cache, or up the powerline right-of-way by the electrical
substation off of Delphine Ave. You will be responsible for your
own access.
The views of the city are nice, as well as the view of the Blue
Ridge to the southeast. Jones Hollow lies below, and the reservoir
can be seen from the cache.
The cache is a clear flat Rubbermaid, and it contains a pencil,
logbook, sharpener, a handsoap, a Thai friendship bracelet, a
Dalmation bowtie, a kazoo, a Toad X-Man, a car, and 3 pennies.

The original Top of Waynesboro cache is nowhere to be found. I
placed a new cache very near the original location. I think it must
have been human involvement this time as there was no traces of the
old cache. The new cache is a 7.62 mm ammo box painted olive drab.
Contents are:
Logbook with pencil and sharpener, disposable camera, June Bug
folding knife, measuring tape, Virginia Quarter, Timex Olive drab
Field watch, it runs must be wound.
There is evidence of human presence near the site. Please be
extremely diligent when rehiding the cache. You may want to leave a
little liquid human scent around the area to kep our four-legged
friends at bay!
