The Emperor of Lilliput sent an envoy to Gulliver to ask if he could discern the meaning of some numbers written on a slip of paper.
The envoy gave the paper to Gulliver, who needed to use his reading glass to see the tiny writing. This is what Gulliver saw:
"These numbers have no special meaning that I can tell", Gullliver told the envoy.
"The Emperor will be disappointed," the envoy replied. "This paper was found on a Blefuscudian spy who was captured this morning. We believe that Blefuscu is planning to attack Lilliput and that the spy hid a cache of ammunition to be used by the invading Blefuscudian army."
Gulliver thought for a minute. "Aha! If this was written by a Blefuscudian, then I know exactly where the cache is hidden."
Can you figure out the location of the cache like Gulliver did?

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
