This cache is located a relatively short walk uphill from Nighthawk Road. You are almost on the US border. Very pretty scenery. Can be extremely hot in the summer. Watch for cactus and looose footing in spots. Runners or hiking boots required.
This area is great for a quick stop between Keremeos and Osoyoos as you drive across southern BC. I've driven this route many many times and its a great place to walk dogs and stretch out. This is scenic country but smoking hot in the summer so bring water. The cache won't be too hard to find because there is minimal cover. Enjoy the vegetation, the view and the warmth in summer. I have never seen any here but this is snake country in case that is an issue for you. Its also range land but that will not be a problem. The picture defines the landscape. Happy caching.
