This shouldn't be too much of a hard place to get to. The water tanks are the highest point in the Ocean Farms area. From here the view is awesome and well worth a look.
After turning off Nilgen road (see waypoint), drive 200m along the limestone track to the base of the water tanks and park. Follow the track on foot and find the cache. Make sure you have a look at the view and bring a camera.
The cache shouldn't be too hard to find, please replace as found. Have fun.
