Geocache Description:

Welcome to our series of freaky things. These caches are along a bike trail and should provide an afternoon of fun for the family.

I HATE CANE TOADS! They look ugly, they serve no good purpose and they decimate our native fauna. In August 1935 more than 102 young toads were released around Cairns, Gordonvale and Innisfail  in north Queensland.  The toads rapidly multiplied and now number over 200 million Unfortunately, the introduction of the toads has not only caused large environmental problems, but there is also no evidence that they have had any impact on the cane beetles they were introduced to kill off.
If you are riding this series please note; the first cache is 3.4km from town and there is 5km from first to last so take plenty of water with you.
You are looking for a small sistema container. There is a pathtag for FTF.
And now for a joke!
Q. Why did the cane toad cross the road?

A. To show his girlfriend how much guts he had!!!

Congratulations FTF Newscat and OzFlameHunter
