Cache is not far from parking area, on hillside but easy climb. Trail goes part way back to cache.
This cache is located in beautiful Letchworth State Park. The cache site can be accessed from the parking lot inside the park at N 42 36.794 W 078 00.438 The cache is the standard 5.56MM ammo can painted with the familiar drab green paint and with “geocache” stenciled on the top and sides. This cache is very easy to get to and is meant to be a family type cache. In the fall deer hunting is allowed in this area by permit so be careful. A blaze orange hat is a good idea when geocaching in the fall. See picture and hints for clues. Please sign or leave your mark in the log, take your picture, exchange something and leave the cache as you found it.
