This is the 4th cache in the "WALK ON BY" series.(Having just adopted this cache will check out what the series was and may add to it )
This can be done as a cache and dash.
Better still incorporate it into a walk along the many footpaths/cycleways that exist throughout Warndon Villages as there are several other caches in the area.
The usual rules apply re geokids near roads. Stealth will be required as this can be a busy area.
The cache is located at the end of a dead end road that used to be the main road into Worcester. The road is now gated at the end and you can see how nature is gradually reclaiming the ground.
The reason for the cache is the Church of St Nicholas in Warndon Villages which dates back to at least the 10th century. It is worth 10 minutes of your time to visit. (Check opening hours).
