Unknown Area Not 51 Traditional Cache

I often wondered what this area is all about.
The Geocache notification form#2500-118 has been submitted to Northern Kettle Moraine State Forest Headquarters of the Wisconsin DNR and received approval for placement by Jason Quast. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
