I am holding the First SFV geocaching Swap meet at a local park in Woodland Hills California. It is at the extra large park called Serrania Park on Wells Drive. The address is 20865 Wells Drive, Woodland Hills, California.
One of these events was done in Covina which is far for most geocachers from the SFV so, I am hosting one closer to home. It was a huge success!!
This event will be from 12:00-3:00Pm on 7/27/2013. Please do not show up before 12:00 PM.
This is a swap meet where you can buy awesome cache containers or trade items and swag to get cache containers. You can also pick up swag to put in your caches.
You also have the option of bringing a tent, tarp, tables, and merchandise of you own to sell or trade. (If you are showing up to sell merchandise, show up at 11:00 AM to set up.) If you plan setting up a booth, please state so in your will attened note.
Remember at Swap meets you can haggle and get cheaper items.
Also bring your trackables to trade and be discovered.
We will have Ice cold waters and soda's and food. (In a note, please state which soda you would like me to buy, the majority wins) we will have cheese pizza and possibly hot dogs if we can get a grill. Show up early if you want warm pizza!
We are accepting donations for a raffle that we will have around 2:30 PM
There are caches to be found in this park. There are also a hiking trail in this park so load up your GPS and have fun!
