Weak signal here because of all the buildings. Accuracy only within 30 feet. Cache is behind some bushes planted next to a wooden fence. Empty peanut butter jar with dark blue lid.

You can park anywhere you like, but I would recommend the Rivercenter Mall garage-2 hours free with validated ticket.
