He swore to the miracle!

This cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.
 
Little Andrew is an experienced engineer, who is responsible for the Ma On Shan Bypass inspection and maintains.  Today, he is going to inspect the pier as usual.  When he arrived under the bypass, he tried to check the documents to make sure the pier is required for inspection.  But the wind swept the documents away abruptly……
 
According to the experience, he knows that the bypass including 4 vehicular bridges, all of them are continuous beam bridges.  They are supported by piers and abutment at the both end, with grouted bearings on the top.  Also the coordinates around the area should be:
N 022° ?????
E 114° ?????
 
He prayed and asked God to help instantly, suddenly something showed on the slope as follow.

Afterward he found the pier and swore to the miracle!
