Geocache Description:

I have wanted to place a geocache here for a while now but it wasn't possible until now.

This geocache is placed with the landowner's permission.  It is in a parking area for a local business but the business owners are aware of the cache.

It is a park and grab but I don't think it's as simple as it sounds... Congratulations to KSAcat for his FTF!
