Geocache Description:

This is either the first or the last, (depending which way round you travel!) on an alternative route from Ramsey to Ramsey Forty Foot, which could be cycled if you wish, possibly returning on the main road. The cache is not too far from the Forty Foot drain which runs from Wells Bridge in the west to Welches Dam in the east. It is also close to a WW2 Pill Box gun emplacement, which has been bricked up to prevent vandalism. You are looking for a camouflaged container, larger than 35mm. This will be a lot easier to find in the winter than in the summer when the vegetation has grown of when the weeds have been cut down! May be too bumpy to get to with a wheel chair. Beware of small stingers - they can be quite potent!
