I have had a very easy cache here for several years, but the muggles just couldn't leave it alone. Today I placed a new and different cache only a few feet farther down this alley. Hopefully this one will be less interesting to muggles. I made signifigant changes that will require a change in the difficulty rating so why not a whole new cache for everyone to enjoy.
This alley is narrow and the view of the sky limited, so coords may not be great, but you will be searching about twenty feet from Ninth Street on the south side of the ally, not around the electrical stuff. Be sure to bring your own pen and please replace the cache as you found it.
