Friday, July 12, 2013 from 7:00pm until 10:30pm on the spacious grounds of the Union City Area School District. Sorry but no pets, alcohol, or smoking are allowed on the property where the event is being held.
Bring your bugs and coins for either exchange or discovery. There will also be several door prizes to be given away as well as some other Geotivities. Bring a lawn chair so you can sit around and talk cache at the Geocaching event tent or take a short walk and discover the other happenings taking place nearby. To top it all off, there will be cannon firings and a spectacular fireworks display which many think is the best in the area.
Please note that the event has been moved to a different part of the school grounds from previous years. The coordinates are tentative but are in the general vicinity. I'll update them shortly before the event. Although I've rated the terrain as a 1.5, I have seen many wheelchairs in this area during the last 9 years.
