Geocache Description:

The fifth installment in the world's worst series is here! PLEASE REPLACE EXACTLY AS FOUND!

We chose this downtown location because on any given day, finding parking can prove difficult, especially for people who work downtown and can't move their cars every two hours. The parking cops are always out in force, marking tires and writing tickets. Parking may be difficult, and muggle activity could be high. Please enjoy and replace as found! You may need what I call "Ninja-Stealth" to grab this one during the day. Happy Hunting! I upped the difficulty because of numerous DNF'S. I will add a hint in the future. Look closely, it blends in well! Again! Please replace exactly in the same spot so other cachers have the same fun experience! I've found it moved quite a few tines!
