My 40th owned cache, this one occurs in the middle of the park where tens of thousands watch Fourth of July fireworks every year, as well as the 4-H Fair in August and various other events. Replace exactly as hidden. You may feel a little exposed near Milltown Road, so use some stealth. State quarter to FTF. Enjoy and God bless!
