Back in 1919 Grandma Moses was carting her molasses down the brick alleyways of Boston. Unfortunately, one time her molasses truck exploded killing 11 people in the process. Poor Grandma Moses.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates. It can be found at N 38 40.990 W 90 22.935
